OmanVisaPortal.com provides independent visa assistance services for Oman tourist visas.

Service fees paid to OmanVisaPortal.com are non-refundable once the visa application process has started. This is because our services, including document review, application preparation, and submission assistance, begin immediately after payment.

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
  • If the application has not yet been processed
  • If payment was made in error and no service has been initiated

Visa approval or rejection decisions are made solely by the Oman immigration authorities. OmanVisaPortal.com is not responsible for visa rejections and cannot guarantee visa approval.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@omanvisaportal.com.
